Get recordings ready to play and analyze

Accept uploads or connect video in your storage. Prepare recordings for playback, analysis and rendering, with resumable streamed uploads when connections drop.

Choose how video arrives

Upload media you want Editframe to keep, or connect a recording where it already lives.

Upload media

Send video, images and captions through the SDK. Check for an existing file before uploading the same media again.

Video uploads support files up to 1 GiB. The API reference covers formats and file limits.

Upload options

Connect your storage

Register an HTTPS MP4 or MOV and let Editframe read it in place. Your source must support byte-range requests and stay readable.

A signed storage URL works while its signature remains valid and its contents stay unchanged.

Source requirements

Know when media is ready

Track preparation from your application. Use the ready file for playback, analysis or rendering, and handle processing failures before they reach your users.

file.ready
Continue when the uploaded video's tracks are prepared.
file.failed
Handle a failed file and inspect its details before trying again.

Resume interrupted uploads

Resume from fragments Editframe already verified. With streamed uploads, playback and windowed pipeline work can begin before the recording finishes uploading.

Streamed uploads require Pipelines access enabled for your organization.

Streamed upload details
Keep verified fragments. Send the missing ones.

Tell us how recordings arrive

Tell us where your media lives and what your users need to do with it. We will help you choose an intake path.
